We have installed a new SSL certificate for cPanel and Webmail. Internet Explorer for Windows users are now able to use these services again, and users of other browsers are no longer warned that the SSL certificate can’t be verified.

We have uncovered a problem with our SSL certificate that is preventing Internet Explorer for Windows from accessing cPanel or Webmail. All other browsers, including Explorer for Mac, are still able to access these services. Last night we completed the process of moving all customer sites, email accounts, lists, databases, and other goodies to the new cPanel-based server. Customers now have total control over their domains, subdomains, email functionality, etc. via yourdomain.com/cpanel.
