zsh logins, tcsh history
July 6, 2005
Those of you using zsh as your login shell will be pleased to learn that zsh once again works as a login shell (that is, you no longer need to log in via bash and switch to zsh).
Those of you using tcsh will be pleased to learn that tcsh (and csh) are now able to recall your command line history (including arrow keys).
Note: To use a shell other than bash, just type its name after logging in, or launch it from your bash login script. Contact Birdhouse Support to have your default login shell changed permanently.
